This project had given us a challenging project because that building is an institutional building. The client of this project is Rawatpura Sarkar. We are doing this project with architectural planning. That building was used for a single family. So this building has the G+3. On the ground floor. There is an auditorium, a library, a staff room, classes, a seminar hall, and other spaces which are required in an institutional building. The overall design was based on Modern style institutional purposes that embarked on the status of the building.
