This project had given a high range of designs, aimed toward the expansion of luxurious modern residential building spaces. The client of this project is a  businessman. We are doing this project with architectural planning and interior. That building has been used for both commercial and residential purposes. So this building has a basement, G+3, and a terrace. The basement is used for parking, the ground floor for the showroom, the first floor is used for a personal banquet hall, and the second and third floors both are 7bhk personal double-height living rooms and dining rooms both are used according to formal and informal purpose and terrace has gym home theatre with 12 seating’s, small swimming pool area, and garden. The overall design was based on a modern luxury high-range building that embarked on the status of the building
